Romans 8:5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh, but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.

Being spiritual starts with what you mind. 

The scripture above enjoins us to mind spiritual things if we will ever walk in the spirit. So if you are not spiritual, it is a result of what you mind. If we can see what’s in your mind, we can determine the level of your spirituality.

You can’t mind things of the flesh and be spiritual because as a man thinketh so is he. When you wake up in the morning what songs do you hear in your mind? Are you more conscious of feeding your flesh than your Spirit?

If you see believers who are spiritual, it’s a result of what they mind.

Being spiritual is not a gift,  it is a function of the focus of your mind.

Begin to mind spiritual things to start your journey. Have a mind checker that reminds you of only spiritual things and develop a high appetite and appreciation for the things of the Spirit.
